Return And Exchange Policy

If customer receives the delivered products and finds any of them defective or physically damaged, he may request repair, replacement or refund.

Please report to the HLT customer service team in time and count the quantity if you receive defective goods.

Evidence for the defects: please take clear photo or video when the defects are found, and count the defect numbers. Submit all these information to HLT and our after-sales staff will revert to you with solution in 2~5 days.

All returns must be HLT authorized and agreed prior to shipping. HLT will afford return shipping costs, if the damages and defects are proved to be at HLT’s.
